The technician John, arrived early in the morning and was very considerate, sending me a text when he got there instead of ringing the doorbell, which I appreciated since my kids were still sleeping. The service was efficient and thorough, and I feel confident that my home is well taken care of

Green Pest Solutions comes four times a year with a yearly contract. If I need them for any problems outside of the normal spraying, I can call and they come. I have carpenter ants inside the house in the basement. I found residue from them burrowing. After several treatments, the ants seem to have dissipated to my joy. Very friendly service people.

This was Dani's second visit to the house. I told her my concern about the residue from the carpenter ants still being seen along with the dead ants. She explained that there are cycles for the ants and retreated the area. She also sprayed around the outside of the house. She was pleasant!

Per Mrs request, I inspected the exterior and placed a large exterior rodent control device on the left side of your home by the HVAC unit to monitor rodent activity. Mrs advised that another pest company sprayed roughly 3 weeks ago and I’m not permitted to spray over at this time. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. Upon arrival, you showed me a yellow jacket nest to back right of backyard, in the brush. I applied a liquid residual to yellow jacket burrow to back right of backyard. No activity seen to termite monitors during this visit. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started inside the home where I inspected the basement and found no rodent droppings or signs of activity. To track down where the mouse is coming from, I placed 3 bait stations along the exterior walls sill plate and 1 behind the dryer where the mouse was spotted. I placed 2 glue boards around the same spot as well. Outside of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed a rodent bait station on the front left corner of the home, close to the basement room where the activity was spotted. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Lastly, I placed 4 termite monitors on each corner of the home.
